Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stay Now. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Stay Now on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

Stay Now provides guest registration and operational tools for short-term rental hosts, including reservations, cleaning, finance, inquiries, team access, and a landing page per apartment.

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you and your team enter. Keep your credentials secure.

Paid plans are limited by capacity (bedrooms for owner plans, managed apartments for manager packages). Each billable relationship starts with a free trial; if you do not subscribe, access becomes read-only. Cancellation begins a 30-day read-only grace period for that relationship.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT; any applicable VAT is added at checkout.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to process data unlawfully. You may not use Stay Now to infringe the rights of guests or third parties.

You remain responsible for meeting your legal obligations, including guest registration and tax duties, and for the lawfulness of the guest data you process. Stay Now is a tool that supports these duties; it does not assume them.

Where Stay Now processes personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms.

We work to keep the service available and may update features over time. We may modify these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. [Liability limits pending legal review.]

You may close your organization at any time. Closure returns your owner-controlled records and then shreds organization-scoped data, subject to statutory retention of guest registrations. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where the operator is established. [Jurisdiction and consumer-law carve-outs pending legal review.]
